Now we have another character based on Honkai Impact 3rd. His name is Luocha, Imaginary character based on HI3 Otto. He is a healer and always bring coffin which we don’t know what is inside, hopefully it’s not Kallen.
We already met him during Dan Heng story in Xianzhou Luofu, along with Sushang. And during the fight, we have a chance to use him temporarily.
