Requirement
Break the seal over the Electro Archon’s shrine.
This electro archon shrine located on the eastmost islet of Watatsumi Island. Defeat Fatui Mirror Maiden in the area to unlock Mysterious Pillar then activate electro monuments by order as shown by electro ball above the shrine.
Aside of Today, This Seal — Tomorrow, Watatsumi Island, you will also get Precious Chest as reward.
