Honestly I still learning about how this break effect work, but here I will give suggestion from youtube that I got about what recommended character to equip this artifact. It’s Pela!
Why Pela? Most likely because most of her skill have effect to reduce enemy defense and as nihility character, Pela helps the team to impair the opponents easily in the fight.
