After logging in to your game today, you will be notified that Katherine have new comission for you. This comission, or quest titled A Particularly Particular Author are given by NPC Sumida in Inazuma City.
She want you to obtain instrument called Maushiro from the island, although it won’t be as simple as entering Tsurumi Island and grab the item.
Tsurumi Island is covered by thick fog and this whole quest is the way to clear the fog in this island.
First Location: Introduction
Upon arriving in Tsurumi Island, you will met NPC named Ruu. He and his 2 other friend will explaining about Perches, Great Thunderbird, and ceremony.
He will then ask you to do the first step of this whole ordeal: Gathering 3 feathers and offer it to perch.
Touch the perch, locate 3 feathers using elemental sight and grab them all. After that, you can offer 3 feather to perch and make the tree bloom. After that you can proceed to the next part of quest.
After done with first perch, proceed with the quest and after talking to some people, your objective will be updated too Make an offering to the perch (0/3).
Now you will have to do the same thing as first part, locating feathers and offer it to perch in 3 different locations.
Second Location: Autake Plains
Autake Plains is our first stop. Walk from any teleport waypoint to tree location. On your way, find the stormstones and light them up using electro character so you won’t get lost in the fog and sent back to starting location.
Find Ruu near the tree and talk to him. Then touch the perch and locate 3 feathers. Locating the feather itself won’t be a problem, but on your way gathering feather you will have to fight a lot of enemy in Autake Plains area because feather will move few times from one location to another.
After gathering 3 feathers, offer it to the perch and proceed to the next location.
Third Location: Chirai Shrine
After talk to Ruu and Kuu, touch the perch and locate 3 feathers. You can find all 3 feathers around Chirai Shrine ruin. One feather will travel quite far and require to use Phase Gate to chase it. Other than that, nothing seem to be a problem.
After gathering 3 feathers, offer it to the perch and proceed to the next location.
Fourth Location: Shirikoro Peak
Last location is Shirikoro Peak, most difficult compared to other 3 locations. Head to perch location in the middle of the map, talk to Ruu, and locate 3 feathers.
All 3 feathers can be found underwater, right below the perch. To drain water level, find and guide 3 seelie to their court in front of the perch. 1 seelie can be found above root of perch, other 2 can be found near water below the perch.
After all 3 seelies gathered, water level will drained. Go down and you will find 3 feathers in one place. Grab your first feather, and other 2 will flee towards the ruin.
Keep following 2 feathers and they will enter locked gate. To open this gate, you only need to solve puzzle in right and left side of the gate while ignoring the others.
After that, Exquisite chest will spawn and gate mechanism will be unlocked. Unlock the gate, enter and you will have to fight Ruin Guard. After that, you can grab your second feather.
Keep following the third father until it’s entering another locked gate. Next, you will have to drain water with mechanism which require guiding 3 seelies near mechanism. 2 Seelies can be found easily while the other one can be found behind destructible rock.
Now to unlock the last gate, you will have to set 3 electro puzzle with relay stone to this position.
- Located closest to the gate.
- Located near ruin guard.
- Located in the lower ground.
After done with the puzzle, Luxurious Chest will spawn and mechanism will be unlocked. After that, you can grab your third feather from behind the gate and go back to offer 3 feathers to the perch.
With this, you are done with all 3 perch in Tsurumi Island, proceed to the next part of the comission.
