In Game Description

A seasoned and cooked meat dish. Though it contains animal organ meat and bits and scraps of other things, the strong-flavored seasonings have masked the stench of the meat. Many have had this dish for the entirety of their lives without knowing “chop suey” is actually a swear word in the local language.

Effect

Depending on the quality (Suspicious/Normal/Delicious), this dish decreases Stamina depleted by climbing and sprinting for all party members 15/20/25% for 900 seconds.

Just like any other food, consuming this dish will only effect your own character or party. This dish won’t have any effect for other players in Co-Op mode.
