How to Get Sakura Bloom?
Sakura Blooms can only be picked up after they come in contact with Electro element. Similiar with Dandelion Seed that require contact with Anemo.
The most recommended character for this role is Lisa, since her normal attack also count as Electro. You don’t have to wait elemental skill cooldown unlike any other electro character.
Lisa | Recommended to use because her normal attack is infused with electro so you can just spam it and not waiting for skill cooldown. |
