Buy From Bolai in Liyue Harbor
The NPC known to sell this material is Bolai, Liyue NPC who can be found in Liyue Harbor under the wharf. Check his wares in Wanyou Boutique and you can find some of this material, fish, and some other stuff.
Farming Location Map 1: Guyun Stone Forest
First Starconch location is Guyun Stone forest. You can start either from number 1 or number 2 (domain of Guyun) teleport waypoint first.
Farming Location Map 2: Guili Plains
Second location is Guili Plains seashore. Number 1 or 2 as starting point, then run following the starconch in the shore.
Farming Location Map 3: Yoaguang Shoal
Yoanguang Shoal is tha last recommended location to farm this Liyue local specialty. I personally always start from number 3 and then run through the shore to grab any starconch I can found.
