Inazuma Region in Genshin Impact: Release Date + Concept Arts Preview

Inazuma is one of the seven nations in the world of Teyvat. Archon of Inazuma is Baal, Raiden, The Electro Archon who also acts as leader or Shogun of it’s governing body: The Inazuma Bakufu. This is why people in Inazuma call her Raiden Shogun.

Atsuko, an NPC in Liyue Harbor said that there’s strict control in Inazuma. For anyone who want to leave, they will need several stages of application and approval from Kanjobugyo. Atsuko herself revealed that she’s running from Inazuma, getting chased, until she’s saved by NPC Liyue named Bibo.

That was the first hint of Inazuma that we got. Later in the end of Liyue quest, Zhongli said that Inazuma has been closed by order of it’s deity, Baal. Starting last year, Raiden Shogun ordered to seize all visions within Inazuma borders and to inlay them upon the hands of a statue of the Thousand-Armed, Hundred-Eyed God. This rule known as Vision Hunt Decree.

You can acess this dialogue in the game. Open Menu > Archive > Liyue, Chapter 1: Act 3 >The Fond Farewell > Look for Zhongli at the scene.
