Collecting all 6 volumes of Legend of the Shattered Halberd is part of achievement called The Divine Halberd Mocks the Heavens. Player will need to gather all 6 books which can be obtained from NPC shop, talking to certain NPC, exploration, and quest.
To check which volume that you are lacking, go to Menu > Archive > Books > Scroll until you find Legend of the Shattered Halberd then click + icon, you will find list of volumes that you’ve get.

Volume 1
Head to Wanwen Bookhouse in Liyue. Jifang, the owner of this shop sell 3 of this collection: Volume 1, Volume 4, and Volume 5, priced at 3000 mora each.
Volume 2
Volume 2 can be found on a table in front of Huachu and Jianqiu at Stone Gate, Liyue.
Volume 3
You can get volume 3 from Tea Master Liu Su in Liyue. Keep talking to him until you get Can you tell another story? dialogue option.
I’ve try this in some accounts, sometimes you can get it right away. Sometimes it takes up to 10 tries or more.
Volume 4
Can be purchased from Jifeng, Wanwen Bookhouse for 3000 mora. For detailed location, check Volume 1.
Volume 5
Can be purchased from Jifeng, Wanwen Bookhouse for 3000 mora. For detailed location, check Volume 1.
Volume 6
Can be obtained during Xingqiu story quest: Bookworm Swordsman.
