Can be obtained by participating in first part of Moonlight Seeker, Moonchase Event. Collect Moonchase charms and Mystmoon chest in the designated region. Luxurious Sea Lord can be obtained as reward for reaching 100% completion.
To refine this weapon, you will need item called Emperor’s Balsam. This item also can be obtained by participating in many part of Moonchase event, whether it’s quest, challenge, exploration, etc.
