This talent up material can be farmed in Forsaken Rift, Mondstadt every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. Forsaken Rift is Cryo based domain full with Cryo slimes so it’s recommended to bring pyro and electro based character.

Crafting

You can also get This talent up material by combining 3 Guide to Resistance through crafting table. It’s recommended to use Xingqiu when you are crafting talent up material since there’s chance to get some of your material back or even double the result.
