Redcrest is new kind of specialty in Sumeru which come along with Sumeru desert area update (3.1). Redcrest fruit can be picked from cactus like plants, and for now it’s only used to upgrade new character: Candace.
Where to Find Redcrest?
Redcrest only can be found in Sumeru desert area, specifically side of the street and oasis. This plant can be spotted easily from afar as tall green cactus with red dot on it, though not all cactus plant have redcrest.
Redcrest Farming Location in Sumeru Desert
Area Around Aaru Village
You can start from Statue of the Seven in Aaru Village then continue following the path with red line, same goes for other 2 red line from next teleport waypoint.
As for the one with green line, you need to climb a bit from previous location.
South of Aaru Village
Continuation from previous area. All Redcrest in this area located pretty close with teleport waypoint.
Northern Hypostyle Desert
Hypostyle desert and some part of Land of Lower Setekh, for this one I always start from Statue of the Seven and teleport waypoint. Some fruit located so far away, utilize grappling hook like feature for easier exploration.
For Redcrest with red circle, it’s far from Statue of the Seven in the map and teleport waypoint east of it. You can choose whichever route you wanna use.
Southern Hypostyle Desert
For southern part it’s just vast desert without mountain or hill to climb, so just run around and use grappling hook when it’s available. Ignore 2 teleport waypoint without mark since it’s not available in out current map, most likely used for underground map in the future updates.
Land of Upper Setekh
Last area, as usual you can start from nearby teleport waypoint and following marked routes.
There’s 79 Redcrest available in the map which unfortunately is not enough to maxed out Candace, so you will have to wait for few more days until it’s respawned or farming in another player’s world.
