How to Get Seed Dispensary
This gadget can be obtained from Madame Ping in the end of The Art of Horticulture world quest. This will start automatically after player claiming Inazuma reputation level 3 rewards from Madarame Hyakubei.
How to Use Seed Dispensary?
Equip the gadget in your inventory and everytime you are picking/harvesting plant in the wilds, the seed of that plant will be added to your inventory and can be used for gardening later.
