The Art of Horticulture is a word quest that can be obtained after reaching level 3 reputation in Inazuma. This quest will start automatically started after player claiming level 3 reputation reward.

In this part, he will give you Naku Seed weeds. Paimon then will point us to Madame Ping.
Talk to Madame Ping
Talk to Madame Ping about growing your own plants in Serenitea Pot, she then will give you new gadget called Seed Dispensary.
Quest ends here, now off you go to do gardening in your Serenitea Pot.
What to do next?
Buy field furnishing from Realm Depot
As for what to do next, you can start practice to do gardening system in your realm. First, buy 3 field furnishings available in the Realm Depot. Each field can be used to plant few different plants in the game.

Place them inside your realm and then choose your desired seeds to plant. The plants will need 3 full until it’s ready to harvest.
Obtain more seeds
Need more seeds? You can buy seeds from Tubby Realm Depot or gathering seeds on your own by using Seed Dispensary.
Equip the gadget and everytime you pick a plant in the wilds, seeds of that plant will be added to your inventory and then can be planted in your field later.
