Collei character has been known for a long time since she’s appear in Genshin Impact Manga. She’s Amber friend, and in the last part of Genshin Manga she’s going to Sumeru with Cyno.
Collei Dendro Support Build
Collei is free character from limited event after Sumeru release so she’s one of dendro character other than Tighnari and Traveler up for build.
Honestly in terms of dendro application and overall performance, dendro traveler is much better choice. But i’m sure people want to build her for additional support, so here’s Collei build as dendro support:

 Floral Brush (Elemental Skill) | Throws out a Floral Ring that deals 1 instance of Dendro DMG to targets it comes into contact with. The Floral Ring will return after a set time, dealing Dendro DMG once again. |
 Trump-Card Kitty (Elemental Burst) | Trusty Cuilein-Anbar comes to save the day! Throws the doll named Cuilein-Anbar, causing an explosion that deals AoE Dendro DMG, creating a Cuilein-Anbar Zone. Cuilein-Anbar will bounce around within this zone, dealing AoE Dendro DMG. |
